Sideways Horizontal Hammer Punch — 

Step 1 — Stance Stand in a balanced fighting stance with hands up and eyes forward.

Step 2 — Chamber Bring your fist up beside your head or shoulder. Keep the wrist straight and the fist tight.

Step 3 — Rotate Turn your hips and shoulders toward the target. This rotation creates the power for the strike.

Step 4 — Impact Drive the fist sideways in a horizontal arc. Strike with the bottom of the closed fist (hammer surface). Aim for the jaw, temple, collarbone, or ribs depending on the scenario.
