Section 1 Level 1

Step 1 — Stance Stand in a balanced fighting stance with hands up and eyes forward.

Step 2 — Chamber Bring the elbow out to the side at shoulder height. Hand relaxed, palm facing down or slightly inward.

Step 3 — Rotate Turn your hips and shoulders toward the target. This rotation generates the power for the strike.

Step 4 — Impact Drive the elbow horizontally across the body. Strike with the sharp forearm edge of the elbow, not the point. Aim for the jawline, temple, or ribs depending on the scenario.
