Searching & Attacking Two Pad Holders —)

Step 1 — Start in a Balanced Fighting Stance Hands up, chin tucked, feet shoulder‑width apart. Stay light on your toes and ready to move in any direction.

Step 2 — Begin Searching With Movement Circle around both pad holders. Use small steps, change angles, and keep your eyes moving. Your goal is to identify openings, not rush in.

Step 3 — Read the Pads and Choose Your First Target Look for the pad holder who presents a clear target first. Move toward them with purpose while keeping the second pad holder in your peripheral vision.

Step 4 — Attack With Known Strikes Use any of your trained attacks:

  • Jabs, crosses, hooks, uppercuts

  • Palm strikes and hammer fists

  • Front kicks, groin‑level kicks (simulated), side kicks

  • Knees and elbows (training‑safe targets)

Focus on accuracy, balance, and clean technique.

Step 5 — Move Immediately After Your Combination Do not stay in front of the first pad holder. Angle off, circle, or step back to create space. Keep your guard up while moving.

Step 6 — Search Again and Transition to the Second Pad Holder Scan for the next opening. Move toward the second pad holder and deliver a new combination. Use different strikes to build adaptability.

Step 7 — Maintain Awareness of Both Pad Holders After each attack, reposition so you can see both pad holders. Avoid turning your back or standing still.

Step 8 — Continue Flowing Between Targets Attack → Move → Search → Attack again. Keep your rhythm steady and your breathing controlled.

Step 9 — Finish With Footwork and Distance Create space from both pad holders. Hands up, stance strong.

Step 10 — Scan Look around your environment for safety, exits, or additional movement. Stay aware and composed.
