Head Slipping —

Step 1 — Stance Start in a balanced fighting stance with hands up and chin tucked. Keep your weight centred and knees soft.

Step 2 — Read the Strike Watch the opponent’s shoulders and hips. Slip before the punch reaches you — not after.

Step 3 — Move Off the Line Shift your head slightly to the left or right. Use your legs and core, not just your neck. Keep your feet grounded and your balance stable.

Step 4 — Maintain Guard Hands stay high to protect your face. Elbows in, shoulders relaxed.

Step 5 — Re‑Centre Return your head to the middle quickly. Be ready to counter, move, or slip again.
