Angular Movement —
Step 1 — Stance Start in a balanced fighting stance with hands up and eyes forward. Keep your weight centred and knees soft.
Step 2 — Step Off the Line Move at a slight angle rather than straight forward or back. Lead foot moves first in the direction you want to go.
Step 3 — Follow Foot Bring the other foot with you to reset your stance. Maintain the same stance width and balance.
Step 4 — Maintain Guard Keep your hands up and your body aligned with the target. Turn your hips and shoulders to face the opponent as you move.
