Forward / Backward / Side Movement — 

Forward Movement

Step 1 — Stance Start in a balanced fighting stance with hands up and eyes forward.

Step 2 — Lead Foot First Step forward with your front foot. Keep the step small and controlled.

Step 3 — Follow Foot Bring your rear foot up to re‑establish your stance. Maintain the same width and balance.
