Connected Knee — 

Step 1 — Stance Stand in a balanced fighting stance with hands up and eyes forward. Stay close to the target — this is a tight‑range strike.

Step 2 — Secure & Chamber Control the opponent by holding their shoulder, neck, or clothing. Lift your knee upward while keeping it bent and tight to your body.

Step 3 — Pull & Drive Pull the opponent into the strike as you drive your hips forward. This connection increases power and reduces their ability to move away.

Step 4 — Impact Strike with the front of the thigh or the point of the knee, depending on distance. Aim for the bladder, abdomen, inner thigh, or groin depending on the scenario.

Step 5 — Retract Bring the knee back immediately to maintain balance. Return to stance, keeping your grip and guard ready for follow‑up.
