Step 1 — Stance Stand in a balanced fighting stance with hands up and eyes forward. Stay close to the target — this kick is for tight, confined space.
Step 2 — Chamber Lift your knee sharply upward while keeping it bent. Heel tucked close to your body, toes pulled back.
Step 3 — Drive Forward Push your hips forward to generate power at close range. Keep your upper body upright and guard tight.
Step 4 — Impact Strike with the flat of the foot or lower shin, depending on distance. Aim for the bladder or lower abdomen — a sensitive, high‑effect target.
Step 5 — Retract Pull the leg back immediately to regain balance. Return to stance, ready for follow‑up actions.
