Palm Heel Strike —
Step 1 — Stance
Stand in a balanced fighting stance. Feet shoulder‑width apart, knees soft, weight centred. Hands up, chin tucked, eyes on the target.
Step 2 — Chamber
Bring the striking hand close to your chest. Fingers curled slightly upward, wrist locked, palm heel exposed. Opposite hand stays high to guard.
Step 3 — Extend
Drive the palm forward in a straight line. Push from the hips and shoulders to generate power. Keep the elbow slightly bent to protect the joint.
Step 4 — Impact
Strike with the heel of the palm, not the fingers. Target the nose, chin, or sternum depending on the scenario. Maintain posture and keep your guard tight.
Step 5 — Retract
Pull the hand straight back to the chamber position. Reset immediately into your stance, ready for follow‑up actions.
