Front Kick — Step Block

Step 1 — Stance

  • Stand in a balanced fighting stance.

  • Hands up, core tight, eyes forward.

Step 2 — Chamber

  • Lift the knee straight up in front of you.

  • Toes pulled back, heel ready to drive.

Step 3 — Extend

  • Drive the foot forward in a straight line.

  • Push from the hip for power and stability.

Step 4 — Impact

  • Strike with the ball of the foot (or heel for a push‑style kick).

  • Maintain posture and keep the guard high.

Step 5 — Retract

  • Snap the leg back to the chamber position.

  • Return immediately to your stance.
