Step 2 — Chamber

Lift the knee straight up in front of you.

Toes pulled back, heel ready to drive.
Step 3 — Extend

Drive the foot forward in a straight line.

Push from the hip for power and stability.
Step 4 — Impact

Strike with the ball of the foot (or heel for a push‑style kick).

Maintain posture and keep the guard high.
Step 5 — Retract

Snap the leg back to the chamber position.

Return immediately to your stance.
